Render Past is an AI-powered historical visualization platform that allows users to discover historical events at specific locations and generate AI-rendered images depicting those events.

• Search and discover historical events by location
• Generate AI-powered historical images
• Save and manage generated images in a personal gallery
• Purchase credits to use premium features

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Credits and Payments

Our Service operates on a credit-based system:

• New users receive 20 free credits upon registration
• Discovering events costs 1 credit
• Generating an image costs 10 credits
• Additional credits can be purchased through our payment system
• Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable
• Unused credits do not expire

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RAW Future s.r.o. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Images generated using our Service are provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may download and share generated images, but may not:

• Sell or commercially exploit generated images without permission
• Use images to create misleading or false historical representations
• Remove or alter any watermarks or attributions

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to promote illegal activities
• To harass, abuse, or harm another person
• To generate offensive, hateful, or discriminatory content
• To impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity
• To interfere with or disrupt the Service

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any historical information or generated images.

AI-generated images are artistic interpretations and should not be considered historically accurate representations.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAW FUTURE S.R.O. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.
